About Us

Owner, Jean-Noel Vallejo formed a business partnership in 1992 with former Jai-Alai team-mate Benito. Together they retired from the European Sport of Jai-Alai & purchased Louie's Pizza House which was established about 40 years ago. In 2008, Benito retired & Jean-Noel became the sole owner. Jean-Noel was born & raised in South France in the town of Benesse Maremne. He became a professional Jai-Alai player & moved to the United States in 1980 at the young age of 19. For the next 12 years he played the sport of Jai-Alai at several different Frontons in Florida & Connecticut. Jai-Alai was Jean-Noel's first passion & he began playing when he was 8 years old. His second passion is cooking, & enjoys owning Louie's & appreciates all of his patrons & looks forward to continuing serving them. Jean-Noel and his wife Paula raised three sons; Jean-Noel Jr., Miles, & Justin, who all helped with the family business while growing up. It became apparent Miles had a frevor for cooking and serving our customers and community and has decided to follow in his Father's footsteps and take over the family business one day and continue serving our current and future loyal customers and the Daytona community!

Louie's Pizza is a current and past sponsor of several community organizations including; Volusia County Schools, Port Orange Youth Sports, Warner Christian Academy Marching Band, & Athletics, Port Orange PAL program, & is the meeting place of a variety of clubs and organizations Daytona Beach Dirt Bike Assoc, Great Courses; History of the Ancient World, Sports Car Club of America, & BMW Motorcycle Club.
